MEMBERSHIP Section 1. Qualification of MembershipThe CSUMB Anime Club Library is available to all members of the CSUMB Anime Club who are current in payment of dues (Full Members). Section 2. Term of Membership The Library Membership shall exist for the term of membership to the CSUMB Anime Club. Section 3. Revocation of Membership Violation of policies set in Article II of the Library By- Laws are grounds for revocation of Library Membership. A member of the CSUMB Anime Club who has had their Library Membership revoked still retains membership in the CSUMB Anime Club. 
ARTICLE II. Library Policies Section 1. Hours of OperationThe CSUMB Anime Club Library will be open at the Student Activities Department building at least one day a week, on a day set by the Executive Board. The CSUMB Anime Club Library will be open for returns of media only during the hours of a normal Anime Club Meeting. The CSUMB Anime Club Library will not be open on weekends, and will not accept media returns at any event outside of regular club meetings, and the specified library operation day. Section 2. Media The CSUMB Anime Club Library will contain Compact Discs (CDs), Digital Video Discs (DVDs), Video Tapes (VHS), and Video Compact Discs (VCDs). Section 3. Suitable Material All material, both for checkout and for donations, are subject to the guidelines set forth in the CSUMB Anime Club Constitution (Article XIV, Section 7). Section 4. Term of Checkout The length of checkout for all media is one (1) week. The Library Member may have checked only one (1) Digital Video Disc, or two (2) of any other medium at any given time. Section 5. Late Returns Members of the CSUMB Anime Club Library who do not return media before the stated checkout date, a late fee will be asked for. This fee is $1.00 per week for all non Digital Video Disc media, and $3.00 per week for Digital Video Disc media. Section 6. Grounds for Revocation A Library Membership may be revoked for one of the following reasons: * Multiple Late Returns (5). Verbal warnings will be given on each late return. * Refusal to pay late fees. * Refusal to return or pay for lost, stolen, or damaged media. A Library Member whose membership is revoked may reapply for membership three (3) months after the membership is revoked. The Librarian will submit in writing to the Executive Board a statement of the revoked Library Membership as well as the reasons for revocation.
